The new Ultra+ was designed with the famed Transcontinental Race in mind where course choices typically feature mostly sealed roads, with isolated gravel parcours when required by the race rules. The Ultra+ is built for long days in the saddle and comfortably sits between road and gravel.
Race. Ride. Rando.
This is not a gravel bike pretending to be a road bike. And not a road bike with a token amount of tyre clearance. It is a true all-road bike and our modern interpretation of the beautifully classic randonneur bike. It will perform perfectly well with a wide slick road tyre as an endurance road bike, but the Ultra+ gives you the versatility for a lot more.
BRAND NEW: Race 380 Fork
The Ultra+ is built around the impressive new Race 380 fork. Don’t let the elegant execution fool you; this is a highly-capable fork and perhaps our most advanced product yet with a list of features too long to document in full here: internal or semi-internal brake hose routing, internal routing options for dynamo lighting systems, fender compatible, crown-mounted light compatible (with in-and-out holes for the dynamo light systems that need them), and an opening low on the steerer allowing more routing flexibility including discreet rear dynamo light setups. The Race 380 has a sleek low-crown design, a very long steerer, gravel-standard testing, and a hard-to-believe weight for that level of capability. The 3D-printed titanium hose entry port is also a nice finishing touch.
Ollie's First Impressions on the Ultra+
Early in the testing phase Ollie took the AIR Ultra+ out for a spin in the Dandenongs near Melbourne!
First Shown at SPOKEN 2025
Take a trip down memory lane, we first showcased the AIR Ultra+ at SPOKEN in Sydney in 2025. Since then the bike has covered a heap of kms with everyone in the team that fits a 58cm bike!
