Have you ever tried finding a 104BCD spider for a Gates Carbon Drive 39t sprocket that fits the latest SRAM MTB cranks with an 8-bolt DirectMount interface? We have, and we couldn’t find any, so we made our own.
This spider will give you the correct offset to run a belt drive setup on a standard Rohloff hub (not the A12 version) with a 55 or 53.5mm belt line.
It comes in all the colours you would ever want - i.e. black.
Buy it. Be happy. You’re welcome.
Rohloff builds are available on both the GMX+ and UpRock V2
Gearbox drivetrain options for GMX+
Looking for a bike with a low-maintenance drivetrain that will survive the apocalypse, or are you simply sick of derailleurs and dirty chains?
Curve now offers custom build options for the titanium GMX+ model to support Rohloff internally geared hubs as well as Pinion and Effigear gearboxes for either chain or belt drive. It's a super-versatile option for bikepacking and extended cycle touring at the more rugged end of the spectrum.
