| Will the Relaxle fit my bike? |
The Relaxle was designed to work with Curve frames and forks, but chances are it will also fit other bike brands as long as the thread and length is compatible. |
| Will the Relaxle make my bike faster? |
Probably. But we can't guarantee it. |
| How much weight can I carry on a rack when using the Relaxle? |
The maximum weight when using the Relaxle should not exceed 20kg. Check the tightness of the bolts regularly! |
| What length bolts should I use when mounting a rack? |
The M5 thread starts approx. 7-9mm into the 6mm allen key interface. The thread is over 10mm deep, so we recommend using a bolt that is 16-20mm long, PLUS the thickness of the rack tab and washer. |

The Relaxle functions in exactly the same way as any other axle would but with a few extra features in case of wear, emergency or mounting options. There is only one way to tighten and loosen most axles. The Curve Relaxle gives you four different options, giving you peace of mind in remote areas in case one option is damaged. The extra benefit of the Relaxle is the additional rack mount capabilities it allows within the body of the axle itself. The M5 threads inside the 6 mm allen key broach allow for light-duty racks or fenders to be bolted into the axle without the need for additional attachments.

- 6 mm allen key broach on both sides of the axle - just in case you round out one side
- 15 mm hex head for an additional tightening / loosening option - just in case you have destroyed both 6 mm removal options
- M5 thread within the 6 mm allen key broach for attaching light-duty racks or fenders
